The winds were sustained at 35 gusting to 50 knots. We sat warm and dry in the house discussing anchors and anchoring set ups. The boat tethered to this anchor sat bobbing in our front yard snug as a bug in a rug.
This picture might indicate that the anchor failed, yet the boat it was shackled to is safe and secure. S/V Gypsy now has a 22 lb Rocna buried in the muck.
