For $65/year the dog gets a little dog tag identifying it as a registered service dog.  That, along witht the hand crocheted sweater with SERVICE ANIMAL embroidered on the side, means you can&#039;t object next time you see a Bichon Frise sitting up on the salad bar counter licking his used-to-be-balls.  I wouldn&#039;t mind so much, if the dog has a little cask on Patron hooked to his collar.  Oh well...............]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Touche Cathy :)  First off, there is nothing you could ever say that could come between our friendship.  I simply love you and Bill Far too much for that.  Mark Twain is one of my all time favorites, that quote reminds me of Abraham Lincoln&#039;s Famed Gettysburg Address Which was written in 5 minutes.

Four score and seven years ago our fathers brought forth on this continent, a new nation, conceived in Liberty, and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal.

Now we are engaged in a great civil war, testing whether that nation, or any nation so conceived and so dedicated, can long endure. We are met on a great battle-field of that war. We have come to dedicate a portion of that field, as a final resting place for those who here gave their lives that that nation might live. It is altogether fitting and proper that we should do this.

But, in a larger sense, we can not dedicate -- we can not consecrate -- we can not hallow -- this ground. The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract. The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here. It is for us the living, rather, to be dedicated here to the unfinished work which they who fought here have thus far so nobly advanced. It is rather for us to be here dedicated to the great task remaining before us -- that from these honored dead we take increased devotion to that cause for which they gave the last full measure of devotion -- that we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain -- that this nation, under God, shall have a new birth of freedom -- and that government of the people, by the people, for the people, shall not perish from the earth.

So the truth is, we all have the time, but the question is what do we do with it?  As for me the question is am I utilizing my time or wasting it?  While I live my life from my right brain, I made the decision to turn down the job with my left.  I know of very few people more qualified to give me advise than you and Bill.  I still remember that first call from Bill.  He said &quot;I want to buy a great boat and sail it around the world&quot;.  I followed both you and Bill all the way to New Zealand, knowing that you both had a great boat and the skills and mindset to make safe passage.

I know that taking this employment risk is full of scary stuff but we all know you can do it!!  No, not just do it but excel at it.  I believe that this is something you need to do and then I am certain - your other dreams will eventually fall into place (and, indeed, actually happen).  

Sorry, Alan, but as my wonderful hubby Bill often says about me I &quot;put truth before beauty&quot; and this is a prime example.  The beauty would be for me to say &quot;Oh Alan, yes, you need to follow your dream of sailing over the horizon right now without any resources other than yourself.&quot; and if it had been a couple of years ago when I first met you I would have said that... however having seen how you are... sorry to be blunt 9and here&#039;s where the truth part comes in)... but - stuck in a rut of dreaming and seemingly fearful of doing what you dream of doing.  If you really could/would/should be sailing right now you would just do it... head out in your beautiful wee boat with your wonderful puppy... find jobs as you sail from place to place.  

OK, if you give up this great employment opportunity then I now challenge you to leave now and start your simple life in your boat with your lovely puppy.
